About this trip
This Vision Team is a learning and listening journey—an invitation to enter the story of the New Hope Youth Centre and the broader First Nations context in Thunder Bay.
Why this vision team
As followers of Jesus, we come with a posture of humility and reconciliation, trusting that deep listening is essential to understanding, relationship, and healing.
What to expect and how to prepare
Participants are invited to prepare prayerfully through the following:
- Read: Dancing with a Ghost — an invitation into story, tension, and deeper understanding
- Watch: A video overview of the Youth Centre
- Pray: For the people we will meet, for our own hearts, and for the team faithfully serving the next generation
Participants are encouraged to invite friends and family to pray alongside them as they prepare.
