Warren has been practising law for over thirty-five years in Kitchener-Waterloo. His core practice areas include corporate law, wills and estates, and real estate.

He has worked with charitable organizations, has acted as board member for various charities and previously acted as the Chair of the Board for Hope Story.

Warren has also taught law courses to business and accounting students at Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo.
